Events

We host monthly meetings on the last Monday of each month featuring a variety of engaging speakers. These are open to members and non-members alike.  They mainly take place in the Members’ Room of the Société Jersiaise. We also visit the Jersey Archive and in the summer we have a guided walk in different locations; this year we visited the Jersey Registry.   Meetings held away from the Members' Room are open to members only and numbers are sometimes restricted.   The members-only December meeting (held early) is a festive Christmas gathering with a fun quiz.

Our non-resident members are very important to us, and we have recently begun where possible to hold hybrid meetings using Zoom, which will allow members to attend the meetings from anywhere in the world.   Obviously this is not possible for meetings held away from the Société Jersiaise.   Note that only members are able to attend by Zoom.
